Lynda, Legacy Owner 01/17/2008 We added the following comment because this is one of the few complaints we get. We wanted to answer it for all to see. Working out of local warehouses enables us to carry manufacturer's entire lines. We order from several local manufacturer's twice a week. This opportunity is a benefit to the manufacturers, to us, and mostly to our mutual customers. The only draw back we can see is that we require 3-5 working days for shipping. If you have an emergency please include it in the comment section so we can let you know immediately if we will not be able to meet your commitment.

All these items I ordered said they were in stock or led me to believe that so I'm not sure what the hold up is. I was hoping to have the materials for a scrap-a-thon this weekend. Please let me know the delay. I've received orders from other websites I placed the same day and in the future will only order from them. Thank you for looking into this matter asap.

Velvet, Groveland FL 03/08/2007 Thank you so much for the cute card. I have spent hundreds of hours working on 2 scrapbooks. One for my mom and another for a friend of hers. I sent them on a special journey retracing the steps of the Prophet last Oct. They went to Palmyra, Nauvoo, New York City, Independence, and about 50 other stops. So now I am trying to scrap book the journey so that they will always remember that special trip. Thanks to yall I have been able to find all kinds of LDS paper and stickers to make the book perfect thank you again.
